José Andrés and his team are excited to officially welcome Mi Casa at Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico on 12.12.12. This exciting new restaurant is José‘s first outside the continental US and Jose’s 15th in his portfolio of restaurants. With each new concept, José believes not just in opening a restaurant but, more importantly, in telling a story. With the rich history of this amazing property, José shares the stories of the people, the foods and the drinks that shaped this unique destination. Mi Casa features accents that celebrate the many influences on Puerto Rico’s cuisine: from indigenous ingredients, to La Cocina Criolla, to the jet setters of the 20th century that would visit Dorado. The menu at Mi Casa will meld with the exciting flavors of this Caribbean destination in true José style. José and the team look forward to welcoming you to this unique destination.
